Fast Working Weight Loss - How to Lose Weight Quickly

Diet


One of the fastest ways to lose weight is to diet. A proper diet at least 5 to 6 times a week with help you to trim your waistline quickly. Try a simple diet of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean protein. It is really important to eat more fiber. I would suggest foods that are high in fiber at each meal.


Portion Control


Instead of eating three large meals a day, try eating 5 to 6 smaller meals every day along with two snacks. Pre-portion your meals, and place them in ready to eat cartons and store in the refrigerator so that if you are in a hurry, you can still eat healthy portion sizes. Snacks should be a fresh piece or fruit, yogurt, a protein bar, or some type of healthy snack that will stave off your hunger.


Eat When You Are Hungry


The number one rule of dieting is to eat something when you are hungry. My favorite diet trick is to include a small amount of protein in my meals like tuna for lunch on whole grain bread with a side salad. Do not allow yourself to become hungry, eat healthy snacks and smaller meals throughout the day. This makes you less likely to binge on junk food.


Finally, exercise, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest. The key is to have a plan of action for fast working weight loss.
